All my 6 L/Cs had been credited successful. Phew... Hahaha... Well, it better be... The way I scarificed my lunch to do it. My senior will be back next week and my superior will be on leave. Hope everything's smooth, no troubles... It will be quite a handful if there is, I dont wish to keep calling Danny up on his mobile phone during his vacation.
Went back to QAD on Friday evening. Helped Geraldine to train Winnie and saw Chee Hian as well. Too bad that Geraldine had to leave early because her hubby was coming back. We'll meet up for dinner together next time, alright. Winnie told me that she was pretty uncomfortable when she first came to QAD. Well, I can understand that. Lol... That was exactly what I went throught at GWC. Things will get better, dear, they were busy because it was quarter end.
Had dinner with Winnie and Minghui after that. Hehehe... We went to my favourite place - Coffee Club at Marina Square. I had Fish and chips and a Rum and rasin chocolate truffle. Haiz... Could not have my Strawberry shortcake because it was sold out. How many times has it been already? Lol... Strawberry shortcake at the Marina Square is sooooo popular.
Then I went with Mum and sisters to Century Square for lunch yesterday. They had beef noodles while I ate the korean spicy chicken hotplate. Mum left for work after that. Then I went to NTUC Fairprice to buy some necessities for the family. It was not as bad as what my mum told Grandaunt. There was still a bottle of shower foam left, inside the storeroom. I think she missed it.

All In Half An Hour
Yesterday was rather frustrating. Because of my senior's way of not following the system, I was lectured by the Treasury department when I went up to submit some forms for the L/Cs. Well... I can understand that people can get pretty crossed and agitated when there were a lot of things to do and all the things submitted were in a huge mess. But I can get affected so I still didnt like it.
Today was the busiest day I had... The L/Cs to be submitted on Tuesday was submitted today. Luckily, I put yesterday's date just in case things were delayed. The B/Ls came only at noon and I had to put everything in order and photocopy different copies for different things. There will be no more despatch after 2.30pm, hence the rush.
I practically gulped my lunch down. In half an hour, I went down to the foodcourt, ordered my Mee Hun Kueh, waited for it to be cooked, ate it all up and went back to my office. Amazing... But I have no wish to do that again, I hope I wont need to. Lol...
So far, only 1 of the 6 L/Cs had been credited. Am putting my fingers crossed for the rest, I have no wish for them to bounce back to me. Argggh... I dont want to redo them! :p

They Can Do It
Dont know who was that guy complaining about again... Only know that it was a she. Was it me? Anyway, I am pretty happy today. Hehehe... Danny told us that our boss thought highly of us, Randy and ME. They can do it, Boss said. Yeah! ^-^
Workload will get heavier... While I was doing the L/Cs, 2-3 orders come in... Then I made a purchase order... Imagine getting dumped at one go with 6-7 order processes, the same amount of purchase orders and the same number of L/Cs? It is possible...
Randy was commenting that he should go and get himself some crystals too. Lol... He happened to be sitting between Danny and me who have crystal formations. I told him that my black tourmalines help to dispel negativity and he replied that was why he would be affected, all the negative force would be pushed to his work area. :p

Holistic Fair
I went to the holistic fair at Teochew Building after work yesterday. All I can say is that it is different from what I expected. Holistic Fair – Because they are dealing with spiritual stuffs, things from the mystic… I expected it to be rather eerie but I was so wrong.
Everything was bright and lovely there, the energies was beautiful. However, I was pretty dazed because it was too much energy for me. Hahaha… There were stalls of palmistry readers, tarot cards readers and crystal sellers. There were also stalls from yoga and reiki masters. The reiki masters usually promote their courses by giving you a free session of reiki healing.
Maybe due to the fact that I always go to that crystal shop in Bugis and had learnt a bit of reiki from them, I was pretty sensitive. When I told them that I can feel the energy flowing from my head to my arms and hands and legs and feet, the rekei master was surprised to hear that. “You are pretty sensitive. Do you practice reiki yourself or do you practice meditation?”
Hahaha… “Not really… I just like to play with my crystals…” “Really? How do you use them?” Oh my… I dont know how to answer his questions. How do I explain to you? Luckily, I have my black tourmaline with me. “Do you want to try and feel the energy of my black tourmaline?” Lol… Personal experience can cease all doubts and explanations.
“Arh… Yes… It has its own energy.” “How do you choose your crystals?” “I choose those that I like, they would be more in tuned to me.” “So you cant choose for me?” “Not exactly but it is better to choose one that you like yourself.” “Do you want me to cleanse your crystals for you? I just cleanse them, I wont do anything to your crystals.” 0.0 “Oh yes, thanks.”
After cleansing… “Do you still have anymore crystals that you would like me to cleanse?” “But all my crystals are at home.” “Never mind, you can leave me your name. I will cleanse them for you.” Wow… Channeling energy to my crystals at home to cleanse them. This is very impressive.
He told me that I should cleanse my crystals often and specifically to use sea-salt water. Merely cleansing them with salt water is of no use, he said. After that, he was off to wash his hand. He asked me whether I would go for the courses and I told him that I will think about it. Actually, I dont think I will – They are not cheap!
My crystals at home felt different when I reached home, you can feel that their energies are stronger when you hold them in your palm. I presumed the rekei master had done as he promised. All I can say is - Thanks a lot, Mr Steven!
The Holistic Fair was a wonderful experience! Thanks to Geena Jie for bringing me there... ^-^

Letters Of Credits
I have taken on another new duty... Doing L/C documentation. Why do they allow partial shipments? Lol... Making my life miserable, I have to keep track of the amount and do the L/C for each shipments again and again. Haiz...
My superior was pretty frustrated by me, I bombarded him with lots of questions. And I think they were pretty dumb questions. Lol... And the questions are also more or less repeated. Well, what do you expect? Gave me 6 L/Cs to do at one go, partial and new and everything. I got so confused.
However, I got better with practice. Hehehe... I know what I need to do, what I should watch out for. Thanks to those annoying questions posed to my superior, it drumed some answers into my head? Wakakaka...
By hook or by crook, I have to finish up the insurances and B/L drafts for the L/Cs tomorrow. They are going to be submitted to the bank on Tuesday. Hope I will be able to do it.

有梦有朋友
Guess what... I can play that old CD using the computer in the living room. Have been trying to play it using different players but unsuccessful. Yeah! That is already a very old CD, I bought it while I was in Secondary school. A lot of my favourite songs are inside, cannot bear to throw it away.
Lol... The song 'Wang Qin Shui' brought back some memories. Hehehe... If I remembered correctly, BBB joined us in one of our group outing with Serene and Alex? He ordered a 'Wang Qin Shui' bubble tea which he said tasted horrible? We had our lunch there? At that time, was Mei with him yet?
A song delicated to my friends... I woke up from a dream with this song in my head but I know why and what I grateful for...

Coping The Work
Strangely enough, I am rather cool headed in my work lately...
Danny was asking me how am I coping with my work? Like I said, he had already passed a number of work to me. When I told him fine, he said, "You are really fantastic, I can barely cope and you are saying fine." Is that a compliment?
Well, obviously his workload is much much heavier than mine. When we are not sure of anything or we dont know anything, he is the one who has to take charge. All the troublesome stuffs go to him. Moreover, people expect him to oversee our work as we are new. How light do you think it will be?
I have no idea how is my work performance so far. But hope that everything is well...

Great World City
Lol... I dont have much things to talk about regarding things in the office. Work is the same - Blah blah blah... But I think I am adapting better. :) Hahaha... Poor Mei! Unlike her, I like my office with people around. When there are less people, I can actually feel the temperature going down... Cold!
I miss Suntec! I used to walk around Carrefour everyday during lunch, but the Cold Storage downstairs is so small! There is really not much places to go walk walk in Great World City. As Hui said, not fantastic but self sufficient enough. What I like most about here is that it is accessible to a lot of places by their free shuttle bus services. They have free shuttle buses to Tiong Bahru, Orchard Road, City Hall and Chinatown.

Crystals
Hahaha... I really think the black tourmalines help! At least, I am less overwhelmed and less paranoid now. I am still pretty blur regarding my work, too many things to remember. Danny is handing over more work to me and they are teaching me more things. I learnt to make delivery orders and invoices today.
Danny asked me what color are my tourmalines, whether they are green. I told them that they are black and asked him what are the brown ones for. They are for health, he said. Then I found out where he gets his crystals from, he gets them from the cystal shop in Chinatown Point. Lol...

A Better Tomorrow
Happy Birthday to you... Happy Birthday to you... Happy Birthday dear Meimei... Happy Birthday to you... Lol... Another year older... Hope that you are happy always and all your dreams come true!
Hmm... Another busy day in the office but I am less paranoid today. Probably the work of my black tourmalines? Wondered how are the girls' pandents working for them... Gerald started to pass work to me, is it a good sign? And Danny handed some work over to me. Somehow, I am more able to take things as they come today. ^-^ I still have P/Os and payment to make tomorrow. And of course, there are still a few people that I need to chase for quotations. One at a time... ;)

What Is Wrong With me
Wondered what is wrong with me... I keep making stupid mistakes at work and nothing has been smooth. Maybe I should implement a self reward system for myself. Give myself something to look forward to, give myself something to perk me up.
Nothing in life is unconditional I guess... Why? If your own parents are so, what makes you think that others are not? Made me feel so small and worthless. Yar yar yar... Ha! I cannot find any support from them in this tough period. With or without, what is the difference?
I am very blocked. My mind is so blocked that I think it is affecting my work in some way. I made lots of mistakes. This made me even more worried and uncertained. It is like a vicious cycle, cant find any comfort anywhere...

Wonderful Saturday
Today I went out with the girls in celebration of Mei's upcoming birthday. I was supposed to meet them in a chinese restaurant after work, for lunch. However, I took the wrong turn and ended up in the wrong place. Lol... "Where are you? Where are you?" Poor Hui sounded exasperated.
The xiao long baos were nice. Their skin was thin, the filling was soft and they had a lot of juice. Yummy! I like the suan la mian too. Yummy, very nice! Oh yes, not forgeting the chive vegetables pie and rolls. I love them too! Had a very fulfilling meal. :)
We shopped around after that, went to the crystal shops in Chinatown Point and Lucky Chinatown. Bought two small black tourmalines to put in the office and placed deposit for my boji stones. Hehehe... So happy... Boji stones are not very common and I have looked for them for years!
Then we had a karaoke session at Kester. Though all of us were not really in 'good' shape but we had a lot of fun. Lol... Winnie and Mei even biao hokkien songs. What a crazy night.
Thanks for the good time, girls! Another great moment for my memories... ^-^

Relaxing Sunday
Wondered if emotions had been going up and down too much. I like to stay at home these days... Read a book, listen to music... Do some things on my own. I did not even go and find Grandaunt. She must be wondering what is happening to me, have to call her up one of these days.
Dad is at home, I think he took leave over the weekends. It is good. He should have a break, a good rest. The poor man has been working 24/7. On the contrary, I dont like it when he nagged at me about things at home. Sorry, they are beyond my abilities.
I baked a cake in the afternoon. Actually, I wanted to bake a chocolate chip butter cake but I dont have enough chocolate chips. Hahaha... Hence, I added rasins to it. Nevertheless, I hope that it will taste fine.

Moments
Put in an oldies CD, lie on my bed and listen... Close my eyes and think back... How we have grown...
Mei is married now, is another person's wife and has her own little nest. Worried about life, busy with work... Remembered how we used to be together when we were younger. Doing the Green House Banner together, studying for examinations together. Remembered how once we hang around the playground to talk and sing songs... Hahaha...
Hui too, remembered how we cheered for Mei when she participated in the Swimming Carnival? Lol... Remembered we always sat together during the Sport Days and Swimming Carnivals. Then we usually ignored what was going on and chatted and sang songs throughout. And the times when we worked for LTA together. Hahaha... We had fun.
Winnie... Hehehe... Got to know you through Minghui. The youngest in the group, our little sister. Were you the one who first brought us to KTV? Which was the first KTV we frequented? The one in Serangoon Gardens? Hahaha... All of us like singing and we got hooked after that.
Mabel, my dear buddy... We quarrelled almost everyday! Remembered how we spent our time together before school, during recess and after school. When school started, we will bricker over our disagreements, during recess try to make up, after school we had patched up. Lol...
Hiong... He was my senior in Serangoon Junior College, as well as Chinese Orchestra. He played the flute. Hahaha... Very loud. When he was free, I always pestered him with school work questions, Economics. He was pretty patient with me, explained again and again to let me get it right. But I know that at times he wanted to lose it already. Hehehe...
I knew Pk through the guys, Wilson and Hiong. Lol... Remembered how I brought him around the University to let him familarise with the place before he went in. It was so scary to smuggle him into one of my tutorial class. He sat right in front and when the tutor asked him to present the solution, he told him that he did not have the tutorial paper! Hahaha...
These are only a few of the moments that I had spent with each and everyone of them. I wont be able to tell you everything. Lol... The post will be super ultra long! But God bless all of you, my dear friends. Let our friendships never end...
