Haha... Just like what I thought...? Dont know to be happy or sad? Workload had been increasing and increasing without any backup in sight?
In a way, I was glad that Maurice was the one chosen to take over the shipping documents. Though he needed to be more meticulous but he picked up things faster. He was willing to hands on with more initiative.
As for the new guy, Patrick, though he was taught, he had no confidence in himself and needed reassurance and guidance every step along the way. Hmm... At least, he was more willing to ask/work than our old Mr OST?
Getting more guys to join the company, no doubt means that they valued the operations more than documentation/administration stuffs. It would be a tough year ahead which I hope it will be able to get over soon...?

2 Instead Of 1
Hehe... Just got to know that a new colleague would be joining us on the coming Monday, and just got to learn that there will be 2 new colleagues joining us instead of 1.
Maurice said it was in preparation of me going on long leave... Randy did mentioned that it took him one whole day to process the order requests, but Maurice disclosed that it took Jon the whole day just to process 2 order requests. Lol... Is it really that terrible? But I had been processing so many order requests a day on top of my so many other duties.
Maybe, that was why Boss employed 2? 1 to process the orders and the other to do the shipping documents? :p

Lunar New Year
The lunar new year holidays passed so quickly...
We were still cleaning away on the Eve. Lol... Went to NTUC to buy food in the morning, cooked our own lunch in the afternoon and went to Gu Chays' place for dinner at night. Offered prayers after midnight as thanks for the past lunar year and blessings for the new lunar year.
Had a simple 1st day... Went to Louye's place in the morning. Wore my Kua and offered him tea, offered incense to the ancesters and Lailai. Next stop at Gu Chays' where we had our lunch. Then we popped over Sansok's place, afterwhich they popped over our place. Their last stop at Louye's place and we went back to Gu Chays' place for dinner. Lol...
2nd day, we went to Tampines Giant to buy fish for Hanhan's porridge. Luckily, we still had fresh vegetables in the fridge, which we had bought on Eve morning. Though Giant was opened, they did not have much choices for vegetables and they were not fresh.
Was surprised that Ghimbo turned up with Mum, Alex, Dreamer and Kitty. Had a couple of rounds of mahjong before I had to help Dardar with cooking some of the dishes for dinner. Hehe... Asked Reca to take over eventually. Too much food, cannot finish.
3rd day, Louye came to pick Hanhan. Ghimbo, me and Dardar went to River Ang Bao. Guess who we met there? Lol... Though she was not formally introduced to the family yet, we had met her twice including today?
Dad didnt mention about going to his place for dinner that day. Hmm... We didnt know till he tried to call us in the afternoon but I guess it was too late. Learnt from Kitty that there was a lot of food. Yummy yummy?
4th day, went back to work. Supposed to be half day and we can return home after the CNY lunch but I had too much work to do. Returned to office after the lunch and stayed till 6pm. Tomorrow would be another long day with people having so many demands and deadlines. Already told the family that I will need to OT on friday.

Desperate
Think we will be having another new guy to join the company...
I didnt know how things will work out? They said they cannot find a suitable girl but I think most probably Boss preferred a guy. I already had my hands full of the paper work, administrative and documentation. Guys might not do it as well as girls. Haha... All the guys in office didnt like? But Boss can always assign another portfolio for them. Do sales related stuffs instead?
Or maybe they were desperate? Must have good enough someone in before I left for my leave. Someone who can come in soonest and learn soonest and take over soonest. How things will turn out, we will know when he came. Hopefully all will be well? :) God bless.
