Updates

Wow... I was really slacking in updating my blog. Or rather simply too tired...

Having four little monkeys was no joke. Day after day, they quarrelled and fought and patched up... Sometimes, waking up too many times in the night to attend to each of them was same as to having no sleep...

Eyes with eye bags so dark that I looked almost no different from a panda. Lol... You laughed... Yup... Was that bad... But when you saw your babies grow, I guess it did take away some of the fatigue.

Hehe… Heihei was still seeing the pediatrician at KKH because he was a premature baby… Doctor said the hospital will continue to follow up his developments till he was 2 years his corrected age. That is just in case should there be any problem, they will be able to detect early.

That time, Doctor had also been stressing that we should compare his developments using his corrected age. That meant his actual age was only 4 months when he was 6 months old. We can only compare him with other 4 months old full term babies.

Nevertheless, Heihei's development was good, Maybe even better comparing with children his corrected age. Do not underestimate this little boy, he seemed to learn and know more than we knew. Nobody would thought that he was a premie. :p

A Couple More Months

Hehe... A couple more months and it will be a year since I last made a post on my blog.  Life had not been good, neither was it that bad. Lol... Just like what I had said before, there was always two sides of the coin.

After I went back to work from my maternity leave, I stopped going for lunch with Jenny, Shirley... Guessed Jenny did a lot of work behind my back when I was not around? When I returned, Shirley seemed/acted different. Jenny also went back to her offensive self.

That was when I took the chance... To stop forcing myself from facing such nonsense. To tell the truth, I was really very disappointed by Shirley's attitude at that time...

Before I went back to work, I was breastfeeding my boy. Now, I had 1 more reason to continue. I told them I was not longer joining them for lunch, I was going to pump milk before I go for lunch so that my milk supply will not stop.

For some reason, Meizhen also stopped going for lunch with the both of them after I returned. I causally asked her, when we met each other as we were both on the same shuttle bus to work. What she told me was she had a new colleague and it was hard for everybody to wait for one another.

A lot of times, I really wondered if it was due to me, because after all, they had been lunching together for years...

Hehe... I think I had a good working relationship with Capt Azhar. And I believed Capt Nadarajan too? Lol... Sometimes, I pestered Capt Azahr too much that he got frustrated, just like the way Jon did. Haiz... Missed the old boys a lot...
