Wedding

Elder Bil will be getting married at the end of November this year. He told me that things between him and his girlfriend was finally stable. Wished to tell him that it was only the beginning... 

Do you think that two different people coming together would be so easy? Though my hubby and I knew each other since I was in Junior College, you will be surprised that we still had conflicts and quarrels.

Bil told me that luckily he bought the Kua from the bridal shop. He said the bridal shop told him that it was the last one and they had stopped production. I was just wondering... You might had bought the Kua but will your bride be willing to follow the family tradition?

The reason why the Kua was to be bought was so that it was to be worn during tea serving to the elders. Mil had done it, Hubby wished to follow the tradition and it made Fil happy. Hence, I had been wearing it during CNY, serving tea to Fil.

Then learnt from Fil that they wanted the London cab for their wedding. Fil called it crazy... Bridal shop gave a Mercedes car, they did not want. Instead to spend money on a London cab. Too much money... 

Maybe it was romantic but Bil was not earning as much as we did... Wondering how they would survive in the future. Hubby did not want to be concerned, neither did I because all our advises had fallen into deaf ears.

Taking Advantage

The despatch boy had clearly been taking advantage of me...

Lol... Asked him to go to Marine South Pier to send something for me. He can tell me that he did not know how to go and cannot go. Fine!

Now, one of the more senior girls in the technical department asked him to go collect a certificate from Fusionpolis Place... Which was somewhere in Buona Vista. He had no choice but to check the location and go.

No problem... After this trip, if the next time I need to collect documents from Fusionpolis, I know he knew how to go already. :p

March Holidays

Took 2 days leave to spend some time with the kids during their March holidays... Basically, we did not go anywhere except to stay at home. Did not know where to go...

Eventually, the schedule had been like this... In the morning, brought them to a nearby park where there was a playground for them to play and run... Lunch cooked and ate at home. Then revised Hanhan's schoolwork a bit with him... Soon, it was time for their nap. Woke up from their nap and it was soon dinner time.

Louye had wanted to bring the kids back to his place on Wednesday and I knew Dardar would agree, forgetting our arrangements with the Gu Chays... I did not know... But I did not like it. I just hope it won't become a source of more troubles to come? Maybe I was too sensitive about things now... But I believe I am not the only sensitive one.

Teacher Parent Meeting Session

Haha... It was the first time that I need to go online to book a slot for a Teacher-Parent Meeting session. I must say nowadays schools had become pretty high tech. First come first serve basis... Ehz...

I remembered at my time was only a form to be filled by my parents if they would be attending. Was there a dedicated time slot for everyone? Hmm... I would think so and I think the time slot was allocated according to our class numbers. Fixed so no fighting. Hehe...
