We finally received the reply letter from 1st Choice written by Jacqueline. Dishonest people, really dishonest businessmen... We forwarded the letter to/for Didi in Australia to read. He went !@#$%...
They claimed that they had informed us about the delayed shipment of the chairs and even compensated us with 2 sidetables. !@#$%... The 2 sidetables were FOC because they had a promotion then and we had paid in full cash/nets loh!
As we are not people who know the laws and everything and can fight back in full force, I dont know if they will get to be punished. But I hope they will... Hopefully justice will be done and they get punished severely. God bless us.
